THE PROJECT Residential
Residential development begins well below the homes themselves. At 1444 Cawthra, our work brought together the underground services for an 18-townhouse site, from water supply and sanitary servicing to storm drainage and stormwater management. The scope extended beyond the property to live street connections for every service, linking the development’s infrastructure with the existing municipal networks. Together, these works formed the servicing foundation for the community.
