With four commercial buildings spanning approximately one million square feet, 8000 Dixie required infrastructure that extended across the site and into each building. Valentine Underground’s scope brought these elements together through sanitary and storm services, multiple stormwater management tanks, and street connections to existing services. Inside the buildings, our work included all underground sanitary and storm lines. From the interior piping to the site-wide systems, the project reflects the breadth of underground servicing behind a commercial development of this scale.
